Zentara LLC operates the Ruth Bellweather website. Contact [email protected] about privacy or your order.

Reading the site

No account is needed to read the website. Cloudflare hosts the site and processes technical request data to operate and protect the service. Fonts load from Google Fonts. Notebook choices remain in your browser.

Purchases

Stripe and Link collect payment and billing information through Managed Payments checkout. Link acts as merchant of record for eligible orders. The website does not receive your full card number. We keep an order identifier, payment status, Stripe payment references, and a hash of a random browser access token to fulfill purchases and handle support, refunds, and disputes.

Download cookie

A secure, essential cookie links the purchasing browser to your order for up to 30 days. It is used to open checkout and protect paid downloads. It is not an advertising cookie. Clearing it can remove browser access; keep your downloaded files and Stripe receipt.

Service providers and support

Cloudflare stores private PDFs and order records. Stripe processes payments. Cloudflare Email Sending processes your checkout email address and order reference to deliver your private download link. Cloudflare Email Routing forwards messages sent to support to our support inbox. If you contact us, we use the information you provide to resolve your request. Service providers may process data in other countries.

Your information

We retain order references as needed for fulfillment, accounting, fraud prevention, and applicable obligations. Contact support to request access, correction, or deletion of your information, subject to information we must retain. We do not sell your personal information.
